Client:
Our client is a leading fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They carry out high end fit-out projects across multiple sectors including high end residential, commercial, hotels and more.
The Bench Joiner will be responsible for producing high quality, bespoke joinery products using a range of materials and various hand and mechanised tools. Main Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality, bespoke joinery products using a range of materials and various hand and mechanised tools
- Interpreting and reading workshop/design and CAD drawings
- Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained
- Ensuing delivery dates for all items produced are met and maintained
- Adherence to all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures
- Maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring all tasks are completed in a safe and responsible manner
The Ideal Person:
- At least 3 years' experience of high quality carpentry and joinery
- Ability to interpret and read workshop/design and CAD drawings
- Experienced in the use of wood working machines
- Ability to set up work pieces and tools
- The ability to process work effectively and produce quality workmanship
- Able to commute to Antrim on a daily basis
