Location

We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you're near our London office hub.

About Us

Keith Reid, Head of Product com/careers, our handbook or ask ##### US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER And we'll need help doing it. Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.

Signing a contract is the easy part. Everything before it (multiple parties, several legal documents, opposing interests, a redlining process most companies still run through email attachments) is where contracting actually gets hard. We want you shipping against it while you're forming your own view of the problem, then tell us which parts of it were wrong. Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in your first few weeks.

We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. Read more in our diversity, inclusion & belonging hub.

Candidate Application Insights

Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet 60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit. Something small shipped in days beats a perfect spec written in weeks.

Bonuses

• Bonus #1: You've owned the quality of an agentic system in production.

• Bonus #2: Legal tech or contracting experience. You don't need to have done this full time. You'd want to spend your first quarter rewriting the roadmap before shipping any of it.
