The Role

As Valuer / Sales Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business, securing instructions and delivering an exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new sales instructions.

• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business.

• Building lasting relationships with vendors, purchasers and local contacts.

• Driving sales performance and achieving agreed targets.

• Supporting, motivating and leading the sales team to deliver outstanding results.

• Providing expert advice on property values, market conditions and effective marketing strategies.

• Identifying opportunities to increase market share and grow the business.

• Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

About You

We are looking for a confident, motivated and commercially minded estate agency professional who thrives in a results-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an Estate Agency Valuer, Lister, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.

• A successful track record of winning instructions and converting market appraisals.

• Strong knowledge of the residential property market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive approach to generating new business.

• The ability to lead by example and inspire others.

• A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service.

• A full UK driving licence.
