What you’ll be doing as a Sales Advisor:
- Being the first point of contact as a Sales Advisor, handling incoming enquiries over the phone and face to face
- Building strong rapport and really understanding what customers are looking for
- As a Sales Advisor, identifying upselling opportunities in a natural and helpful way
- Processing orders accurately and keeping internal systems up to date
- Supporting with day-to-day admin to keep things running smoothly
- Recording customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Experience in a customer-facing or Sales Advisor type role (retail, customer service or sales background ideal)
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- A proactive approach with a natural ability to spot opportunities
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling different tasks in a busy environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
