Maths Teacher
You would be working in a successful and ambitious Maths department teaching Mathematics across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is highly collaborative and focused on delivering engaging lessons that challenge students and develop confidence in mathematical reasoning and problem-solving.
Students are encouraged to develop analytical thinking and resilience through a broad and carefully sequenced curriculum. The department has a strong record of academic success and provides targeted support and intervention to ensure students of all abilities achieve excellent outcomes.
The School provides a supportive environment where every member of staff is encouraged to develop professionally and contribute positively to school life. You will benefit from excellent CPD provision, mentoring support for ECTs and opportunities for progression within the department and wider school community.
Teachers are encouraged to share best practice, contribute to enrichment opportunities and maintain high expectations across all areas of teaching and learning. The school has strong behaviour systems, motivated students and supportive leadership focused on staff wellbeing and development.
