This role combines power systems engineering with digital product development , focusing on building tools that support flexible connections, DER integration, and DERMS operations across the network. Responsibilities Lead development of smart grid digital tools supporting flexible connections and DERMS. Perform power system studies (thermal, voltage, fault level) to identify network constraints. Develop Python-based tools, data pipelines, dashboards, and APIs . Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Work with teams across DSO, Planning, Operations, and IT , as well as external partners. Support and mentor junior engineers and analysts .
