I'm looking for a reliable tradesperson to inspect and repair a water leak in my home. The issue seems to originate from a bathroom pipe under the sink and there may be a minor damp spot on the wall. The setup is a standard UK domestic property. Please bring appropriate leak-detection tools, provide a clear assessment of the cause, and quote for materials and labour. I’d prefer someone who can also advise on preventing future leaks and who can perform the fix with minimal disruption.
