Salary: £85 - £95 per day

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a short-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide a mixture of in-class and base support, working closely with pupils with ALN to encourage engagement, support learning and help raise standards.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with ALN
• Experience working within a school or educational environment
• Confidence providing both classroom and base support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A caring and patient approach
• The ability to adapt to the individual needs of pupils
