Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Cowley ( Oxford) to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will receive a salary of up to £38,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!
Primary responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure supplier invoices are accurate, correctly coded, and recorded in the accounting system
- Maintain and update vendor records, resolving any discrepancies or payment queries
- Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting tasks
- Assist with the planning and implementation of an ERP system upgrade
Key experience and attributes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
- Solid experience in accounts payable within a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with ERP systems and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Strong transactional finance experience
- Ideally multi-currency invoice experience
