A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join a professional services organisation within their Business Support team based in Leamington Spa.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes, accuracy, and problem-solving, and is looking to develop their career within compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with AML, CTF, and compliance audits, recording outcomes and monitoring corrective actions
* Maintaining compliance records, spreadsheets, and risk registers
* Supporting file review processes and ensuring actions are completed within deadlines
* Running reports and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance procedures are followed
* Assisting with audit preparation, including Lexcel, CQS, and SRA requirements
* Supporting onboarding queries and document verification checks
* Providing administrative support for compliance training initiatives
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to support the smooth running of the compliance function
* Undertaking general administrative duties as required The successful candidate will ideally have: * Previous experience in an administrative role
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Experience supporting a compliance or risk team
* An interest in technology and AI
