The Technical Support Officer role is crucial for the day-to-day operating of the Safe at Home Team. This is a varied role providing administrative and financial operations support, liaising with customers and assessing eligibility for financial assistance.

Technical Support Officer – Permanent - Grade 5.
An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Officer to be employed on a permanent basis.
Working in the Safe at Home Team, you will support the team in the delivery of grants and loans for disabled adaptations and housing repairs, as well as providing support for other aspects of Strategic Housing.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team as well as operating management information systems for the collation and monitoring of statistical analysis reports. You will also be responsible for responding to customer and colleague enquiries.
You will possess sound analytical skills, have experience of monitoring statistics and interpreting data, and the ability to process complex payments; be fully computer literate with a working knowledge of appropriate computer applications.
