Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Reading:
* Process customer orders accurately and manage order amendments in a timely manner* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution
* Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
* Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or stock issues
* Maintain accurate records within internal systems and update trackers regularly
* Support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks
* Assist with invoicing queries and liaise with finance where required
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service
