£13.40–£13.90 per hour (depending on responsibilities)
Term time only | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm

At Brightside Preschool , we are committed to showing young minds the Brightside in everyday – and we’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly team.

What we’re looking for:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• A good understanding of the EYFS and child development

• A warm, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for working with children

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of preschool life

• Experience working with children with SEND

• Experience in a Senco role would be an advantage

Your role will include:

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities

• Acting as a key person for a group of children

• Observing, assessing and planning in line with the EYFS

• Building strong relationships with parents and carers

• Contributing to a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment

• The opportunity to train as an Early Years Senco
