Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed electrical estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and completeness.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering proposals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, electrical codes, and regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or mechanical services industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with estimation and project management software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, construction, or related fields are preferred.
