FLT - Food & Beverage Assistant - NEC, Birmingham | Full-Time / Permanent

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for the NEC, Birmingham, to support the F&B operation at the NEC. You must have  valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent accredited certification)

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Prepare and set-up all front of house and back of house areas as required, following instructions from the manager in an operational area. Including furniture set-ups for Live Events or C&B. 
• Clean and maintain hygiene standards in all areas. 

• Keep clean all catering equipment within the areas.
• Deliver equipment and stock to areas as required.
• Support with the movement and set up of mobile catering units.
• To ensure that all storerooms are maintained and clean.
• Ensure all work areas meet health & safety standards.
• Adhere to the Company policies regarding chemical use and manual handling.  
• Support the business, by covering other roles in the business, such as FPA or FSA, at the NEC and other venues if required.
• Complete ad hoc tasks, to support the business, requested by the operations team
