Salary: £93 - £110 per day, depending on experience

GSL Education is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Boston . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people and helping them reach their full potential.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide valuable support in the classroom. You may work with pupils on a one-to-one basis, support small groups, or assist the wider class depending on the needs of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
* Help pupils remain focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning.
* Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' confidence and independence.
* Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.
* Support pupils with SEND or additional learning needs where required.
* Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
* A patient, caring, and positive approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* A reliable and flexible approach to work.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
