Job description

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care for clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain independence and quality of life. This role requires compassion, reliability, and a commitment to making a positive difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
Ensure clients' homes are safe, tidy, and comfortable.
Provide mobility support and assistance with transfers.
Assist clients in taking prescribed medications on time.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
