We have an opportunity available for a Recruitment Assistant salary £25,540 per annum to join our People Services team at our Head Office based in Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7JB.

A 37.5hr contract available.

Responsibilities
As Recruitment Assistant , your key focus is to provide a professional and efficient administrative function within the recruitment function of the People Services department. You will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be a strong professional communicator who can work efficiently and multitask.

Responsibilities will include:

To administer the recruitment process including managing the ATS system, advertising roles, corresponding with job applicants.
Process Disclosure and Barring Service applications, medical questionnaires and reference requests for new starters, updating internal systems and liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure completion.
Be an accessible and professional point of contact for managers/employees in offering advice and support in recruitment.
To administer the new starter’s process, this will involve issuing relevant information to the employee, i.e offers packs, contracts of employment, creating ID badge.
Updating People Services systems with DBS, Equality & Diversity and Right to Work information.


You will need to be someone who is willing to lend a helping hand and constantly looking for ways to improve processes.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and one’s own time with a minimum of supervision. Strong organisational and time management skills are required for this role as well as well as previous admin/office environment experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a Diploma Level 2 (or equivalent) in Business Administration and experience of working within an administrative role.

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
