Product Governance Associate

Description

Our client is a leading global asset managerwith a diverse product suite across multiple international markets. They are seeking aProduct Governance Associateto join their team in London to support manage theEuropean fund range.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead on regulatory reporting, fund profiles, annual reports and managing registrationsacross 20–30 markets.
• Manage the coordination and maintenance of the KIIDs/PRIIPsprocess.
• Handle fund-related requests, data queries, and cost approvalsin coordination with Distribution and external partners.
• Manage invoices, fee allocations, and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
• Maintain the European funds website.
• Where appropriate, assist the Product Manager with product launches, mergers, closures etc.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in product / legal / operations.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS & AIFs structures.
• Hands-on experience producing UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs.
• Exposure to international distribution and registration processes is desirable.
• Experience working in an international team highly beneficial.
