Job Title: Civils Site Supervisor (x2)

Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
About the Role: We are recruiting two experienced Civil Site Supervisors to work with a Tier 1 contractor on an exciting water project in Worcestershire. These temporary roles are available for an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report updates to stakeholders.
Promote and enforce a safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and align with project goals.
Requirements:
SSSTS Certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – Essential.
CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) – Essential.
Proven experience in civil engineering or construction supervision, particularly within the water sector.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IR35 regulations and temporary contract arrangements.
