You'll partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategy, strengthen culture and engagement, and provide expert guidance across ER, talent and organisational change.

Description
This is a regional role supporting a portfolio of care homes across Surrey and the surrounding area, working closely with operational leaders and wider People teams.
- Partner with leadership teams across a portfolio of up to 10 care homes, providing expert advice and guidance on all people matters.
- Deliver the Company's People Plan across the region, translating wider people strategy into practical local initiatives.
- Coach and influence leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, retention and people-related decision making.
- Partner with the Employee Relations team to manage complex ER matters while ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially focused approach.
- Champion cultural change, employee engagement and the organisation's purpose, values and strategic pillars.
- Use people data, metrics, trends and external best practice to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with Talent and wider HR teams to develop and implement succession and talent plans across the region.
- Lead, coach and develop up to three People & Development Leads to ensure effective delivery of the People Plan.
Profile
A successful Interim Regional HRBP should have:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR / People Business Partner role within a complex, multi-site or regional environment.
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of UK Employment Law.
- Demonstrable experience supporting and advising on complex Employee Relations matters.
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders and operational management teams.
- A track record of delivering cultural change, engagement or wider people initiatives.
- Experience working within a regulated environment; care, healthcare or another regulated sector would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
- A data-driven, commercially minded and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
