- Monitoring and managing traffic flow to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.
- Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the site supervisor promptly.
- Assisting with general site duties as required to support the team. Qualifications - A valid CSCS card with a Traffic Marshall ticket is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Day-to-Day As a Traffic Marshall, your day will involve: - Working 9.5 hours per day, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles on and off the site.
- Coordinating with site supervisors and other team members to manage traffic flow.
- Maintaining a vigilant approach to safety and adhering to all site regulations.
