The Role
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize high-performance backend systems that handle large volumes of real-time data. You will take ownership of projects end-to-end in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, contributing directly to system architecture decisions and helping shape the technical roadmap for the firm's AI products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and optimizing high-performance backend systems in Python and FastAPI
- Developing and maintaining backend systems that handle large volumes of real-time data
- Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Contributing to system architecture decisions and the technical roadmap
- Taking ownership of projects end-to-end in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with Python
- Solid experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI (or similar frameworks like Flask/Django)
- Passion for performance, scalability, and automation
- Experience or interest in AI
- A proactive mindset- someone who loves solving problems and experimenting with new tech
