The Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Bishop's Stortford . The successful applicant will be expected to teach Science across KS3 and KS4 , delivering stimulating lessons that develop students' knowledge, practical skills and understanding of scientific concepts.

The successful Science Teacher will join a department that values practical learning and encourages students to develop curiosity and confidence in the subject. You will be expected to plan effective lessons, monitor progress and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of students with different abilities.

The department benefits from a collaborative approach, with teachers working together to develop resources and share good practice. Experience and Qualifications

• Science Teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4

• Good knowledge of the Science curriculum

• Formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE

• Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Legal ability to work within the UK
