What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the safe delivery of construction and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Champion health, safety, environmental and compliance standards across all work activities.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain programme performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Works Manager or senior site management professional within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operational teams effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Experience working under NEC contracts and in client-facing environments is desirable.
