Our flower displays are a vibrant part of what makes Market Street special. From hand-tied bouquets to custom arrangements, our Florists use expert knowledge and creative skill to craft high-quality products that help our local shoppers celebrate life's moments.

You'll design beautiful arrangements, keep displays fully stocked, and your passion for floristry with customers and colleagues alike.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Deliver friendly, expert service, taking orders with confidence and providing specialist advice on flower care and arrangement styles.
• Craft quality products: Use your creative floristry skills to prepare hand ties and value-added floral arrangements to company standards.
• Maintain vibrant department standards: Keep flower displays fresh, attractive, and well-stocked throughout the trading day, monitoring stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Coach colleagues and drive performance: your floristry techniques to develop skills within the store team, while maintaining health, safety, and due diligence standards.

More about you

Whether you are fully qualified (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience) or a skilled florist looking to bring your craft to our team, if you care about quality standards and great service, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be the kind of person who:

• Brings genuine floristry expertise: Skilled in creative design and construction across all aspects of floristry, with a strong understanding of product quality.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment: Comfortable working in a hands-on, customer-facing role and willing to travel to nearby stores across the region when business needs require.
• Loves helping people: Warm, approachable, and eager to build relationships with shoppers while resolving their queries with confidence.
• Works well as part of the team: Enjoys coaching colleagues, sharing knowledge, and taking a practical approach to keeping the department safe, tidy, and legal.
