About the Role
This training role sits within the CYP IAPT programme and combines academic study with supervised practice. The post holder will work as part of BDC Minds CYP team, providing compassionate, evidence-informed support to children and young people with mild to moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties, while developing the knowledge, skills and values needed to work effectively in an inclusive, values-driven service.

- Evidence of ability to study successfully at undergraduate level (level 6)
- Level 4 qualification obtained at minimum
Or
- The equivalent through a proven academic record of previous learning/formal study in Child Development, Wellbeing or Mental Health.
- Evidence of numeracy skills

- Relevant degree or qualification
