I am partnering with a growing, forward-thinking bank to appoint a Senior Compliance officer into its 2LOD function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role and we are looking for candidates who have experience of working with a clear focus on mortgage lending , ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the business and shaping real outcomes.
This position offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with influence , acting as a trusted adviser across mortgage and secured lending activities while helping to evolve the bank's compliance framework.

- Proven 2LOD Compliance experience within financial services
- A must-have background in mortgage lending / secured finance
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to challenge and influence
