Our client, a leading investment firm based in Central London, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join their team on a 3-month contract, starting in early August.
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional front-of-house experience, welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, corporate environment and takes pride in delivering first-class service.
Ideal Receptionist
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience within a finance or professional services environment
- A polished, confident and professional manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hospitality experience is advantageous
- Must be available for August start
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
