Senior Account Manager – Branding & FMCG

Bristol | £36,000 – £48,000 depending on experience | Hybrid

Working for a highly successful and ambitious creative agency, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Account Manager with a strong branding background and experience working with FMCG or consumer brands.

You’ll be joining a talented team and working across some really interesting brands and substantial creative projects, taking projects from the initial brief through to delivery.

You’ll be managing some of the agency’s larger client projects, building strong relationships with senior client contacts and making sure projects are delivered brilliantly, on time and within budget.

The role:

• Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
• Running client meetings and presentations
• Getting under the skin of client requirements and shaping briefs
• Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams
• Managing budgets, timings and project delivery
• Identifying opportunities to develop and grow existing accounts
• Helping to mentor and support more junior members of the team
• Making sure the work stays on brief and is delivered to a high standard

It’s a good mix of client management, project delivery and commercial responsibility, with the opportunity to really make your mark.

We’re looking for someone with solid agency account management experience, ideally within a branding or creative agency.

You’ll need:

• Experience working with FMCG and/or consumer brands
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Confidence dealing with senior client contacts
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• An understanding of agency budgets and profitability
• The ability to write clear briefs and present work confidently
• A commercial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities
• A genuine interest in great creative work

You could be an experienced Senior Account Manager, or an Account Manager who is ready to take that next step.
