What You’ll Be Doing:
• Speaking with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram and email
• Helping process orders and answer product questions
• Supporting social media promotions and campaigns
• Building relationships with customers and influencers
• Assisting with sales, customer retention and daily admin

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and confidence speaking to people
• Organised and reliable
• Social media aware, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
