The Role: Leading high-quality learning and development for children aged 0–5 Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Observing, assessing and tracking children’s progress Supporting and guiding nursery practitioners and support staff Building strong relationships with parents and carers Ensuring safeguarding procedures and welfare requirements are always met About You: Fully qualified Nursery Teacher (Or Level 2/Level 3 Early Years, EYTS) Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Passionate about early childhood development and education Warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching and care Confident leading a room and supporting team development Excellent communication skills with children, families and colleagues Why Choose Protocol Education?
