Litigation Solicitor

LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 5 + PQE, ESSEX, £35 -£50 PER HOUR. A highly respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join them on a locum basis whilst they recruit permanently. JOB REF: 4277

•The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of litigation matters and handle files independently from inception through to conclusion.

•You will be expected to hit the ground running and take responsibility for your own caseload from the outset. The role involves providing high quality legal advice and representation across a broad range of contentious matters.

•The ideal locum will have at least 5 years' PQE and experience handling a broad range of disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, employment issues, contentious probate, and commercial litigation.

•You will be able to manage your own caseload independently, demonstrate a professional, proactive and client focused approach.
