This role will cover a number of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our shop floors, including:

• Support store operations
• Customer service excellence
• Team leadership
• Support the Store Manager with day to day operations
• Stock management
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Contribute towards colleagues training across the store

Please note: For our premises that sell alcohol suitable candidates must be over the age of 18 due to licensing conditions
