Job description
To clean designated areas ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and presentation is achieved.
Responsibilities
- To correctly use cleaning supplies and equipment.
- To maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- To maintain a safe working environment when working.
- To dispose of refuse in a safe manner as necessary and at the end of each shift, To replenish soap and towels.
- To carry out special cleaning when required.
- To report any equipment defects promptly.
- To assist with department stock takes.
- To ensure that all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order.
- To ensure lost property is recorded accurately and promptly.
- To ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met.
- To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Cleaning experience is desirable, however full training will be provided.
- An enhanced security check will be required for this role (see further information below).
