We’re looking for a Sales Associate who’s customer obsessed, commercially switched on, and ready to represent a brand that never follows the crowd.
What you’ll do (and do brilliantly)
You’ll deliver standout service and strong results, not by pushing, but by connecting. You will :
- Greet customers with energy, ask the right questions, and tailor every recommendation to the person in front of you.
- Use confident storytelling and sharp product knowledge to help customers find their perfect pair, sunglasses or optical.
- Support customers through the optical journey with accuracy, confidence and care, ensuring prescriptions, fit and finish meet the highest standards.
- Drive your personal performance, support store goals, and spot opportunities to improve how we work.
- Keep standards high during busy moments, turning challenges into great customer outcomes.
- Adapt fast, stay positive, and lean into new tools, new launches and new ways of working.
- Step in, back the team, and keep the floor flowing (because brilliant is a team sport).
