We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team of chefs to help us keep delivering outstanding homemade food using local and seasonal produce.
Chef De Partie Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures. • Prepare and cook dishes in line with company specifications and service standards.
• Support stock rotation, portion control, and waste minimisation.
• Report any issues with stock, equipment, or service to senior chefs.
