Become a Police Now Brand Ambassador!

Following the success of previous cohorts, we are delighted to relaunch the Police Now Brand Ambassador Programme for students who are passionate about policing and social impact.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting Police Now, a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, on your university campus while receiving exclusive training, networking opportunities, and earn some money along the way.

WHAT DOES A BRAND AMBASSADOR DO?

Your role will be to promote Police Now and their graduate opportunities in various specialisms including Economic Crime, Counter Terrorism, and Neighbourhood Policing to students at your university through exciting and creative initiatives, including:

1. Building strong relationships with university societies, faculties, and careers services
2. Creating engaging, on-brand social media content to support campaign objectives and increase awareness of Police Now.
3. Delivering on-campus engagement activities including:

• Lecture shout-outs
• Career talks and presentations
• Branded stalls
• Flyer distribution

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• £14.24 per hour plus bonuses & prizes throughout the campaign
• Flexible hours, with approximately 20 hours of work distributed from September 2026 to December 2026

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re after motivated, proactive, and well-connected students on campus who are excited to represent Police Now on campus. Ideally, you’ll be:

• In your 2nd or penultimate year (as of September 2026)
• Studying any degree discipline
• Must be a member of societies at your university
• Confident using social media for promotion

If you know your campus inside out and love engaging with students, we want to hear from you!

We expect you to show a thorough understanding of Police Now's Misson and their National Graduate Programme. To prepare, we recommend visiting their website to conduct your research.

WHERE ARE WE RECRUITING?

We’re hiring 10 Brand Ambassadors from the following universities:

Birmingham | Bristol | Cardiff | Durham | Lancaster | Leeds | Leicester | Liverpool | Manchester | Nottingham | Southampton | Warwick | York

Please note: Selection will be based on the highest calibre of applications received per university. For this role, we are only recruiting from the universities listed above.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. First Stage - Complete your application form below
2. Second Stage - If you're shortlisted, you'll be invited to a video interview to help us determine whether you'd be a great fit as a Police Now Brand Ambassador
3. Final Stage - Successful candidates will be offered the role and join the programme

You must be available to attend a one-day training on the 9th September 2026 i n LONDON (paid & expenses covered)

We will provide training for anyone that is successful in gaining the role. Training will take place on the 9th September 2026 at Higherin's London office. Attendance is mandatory unless there are unforeseen circumstances.
