- Lead the delivery of a complex transformation programme across SEND, Alternative Provision and specialist education settings.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, reporting frameworks and budget monitoring processes.
- Review expenditure, contracts, agency spend and existing financial commitments.
- Create operational dashboards, governance reporting and performance tracking tools.
- Support service redesign and the implementation of a sustainable operating model.
- Establish project plans, milestones, risk registers and programme delivery frameworks.
- Develop commissioning strategies, service specifications and contract monitoring processes.
- Implement quality assurance frameworks, compliance systems and audit schedules.
- Create and embed policies, procedures and operational standards across multiple sites.
- Coordinate premises improvement programmes, contractors and facilities projects.
- Strengthen partnerships with education providers, local authorities and external stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality documentation, reports and governance papers to support decision-making.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are implemented, embedded and deliver measurable outcomes.
