Warehouse Operative

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Halesowen.

The successful candidate will be joining a busy warehouse environment and will be expected to support various warehouse functions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Pay Rate & Hours
• £12.71
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time hours
• Temp to Perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out operations
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting other areas of the business as required
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets

Requirements
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties throughout the working day
• Hardworking and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Good communication skills
