We are currently recruiting Waste Operatives to join our client based in Swinton, M27 area .
This is a hands-on role within a busy waste processing facility, ideal for candidates with a manufacturing background.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting waste materials on a production line.
- Operating and working alongside waste processing machinery.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting the team to ensure production targets are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Waste industry experience is not essential , as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A good attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Shift Options
Days
- 7:00am – 7:00pm
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
- £12.71/hour
Nights
- 7:00pm – 7:00am
- Monday to Thursday
- £13.00/hour
Breaks
- 30-minute unpaid break deducted per shift.
- Two paid 15-minute breaks included.
PPE
- Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are required.
