Senior Fund Manager / Fund Associate Director
£11.8 - £13.9 per hourEstimated
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Manager/Associate Director to grow the private capital client base. They will lead strategic initiatives to win new mandates, build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
This role involves managing the full sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The successful candidate will stay ahead of market trends and use their industry knowledge to shape sales strategies and spot new opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in the funds industry, ideally at a senior manager level or above, with a strong track record in winning new business. A deep understanding of private capital structures and experience across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg) is preferred.
