We are currently recruiting for an amazing Chef to work within one of our clients award winning holiday resorts.
Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment? If so, my client is a leading holiday park group who are looking for experienced chef to work in an amazing and exciting holiday atmosphere.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience in a similar environment

Can be a team player

Have great communication and interpersonal skills

Be organised and motivated

Be enthusiastic with a willingness to grow and learn

Have a flexible approach to work and passion to progress

Good culinary skills/passion for food

Be able to follow direction from Senior Chefs and Managers

Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes as required throughout your shift

Can deliver exceptional food standards

Have the ability to deputise in the Head Chefs absence

Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation

Ensure that Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are adhered to and recommendations from Food Safety Audits carried out

Have a cool head and embrace responsibility

An ability to delegate appropriately

Used to working well under pressure; as no 2 days are the same

Self-motivated and adaptable

Ensuring the working environment is safe, clean yet fun and positive
