- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
- Assess existing applications, solutions and platform capabilities.
- Evaluate governance, ownership, support models and operational effectiveness.
- Review business utilisation and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Assess solution architecture, integrations and technical dependencies.
- Analyse data models and alignment with wider data strategies.
- Identify platform risks, constraints and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate the suitability of Dynamics 365 as a long-term strategic platform.
- Assess readiness to support future requirements including invoicing, billing, property and housing management capabilities.
- Produce executive-level reports and recommendations.
- Develop a prioritised roadmap for future improvements and investment.
