Job description
MPA Recruitment is currently seeking Nurses to join our healthcare team, supporting a range of leading private healthcare providers across the Derry/Londonderry area. We have opportunities available across a variety of settings, including Nursing Homes, Residential Care Facilities, Learning Disability Services and Mental Health Services. Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards. Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication safely and accurately. Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Current NMC Registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload priorities.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines. Competent record-keeping and care planning skills.
