This role is based in Basingstoke on a Hybrid basis working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home
The role and what you’ll deliver:
Castle Trust Bank is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Delivery Specialist to join our growing Technology team.
This role is perfect for someone who has gained early experience in project delivery, Business analysis, technology, or consulting and is looking to accelerate their career within a dynamic and fast-paced challenger bank.
We are particularly interested in individuals who are excited by emerging technologies, automation, Artificial Intelligence, data and who want to play a hands-on role in delivering transformation change initiatives for the Bank to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Working closely with Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers and third-party partners, you will support the successful delivery of strategic technology and business change initiatives across our Savings, Property, Retail Finance and Shared Services functions.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines project delivery, Business analysis, stakeholder engagement and innovation. It also offers a fantastic opportunity to develop into a future Delivery Manager and technology leader.

You will:
Delivery & Change Management
- Support the delivery of technology and business change initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Assist with project planning, milestone tracking and management of risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
- Coordinate activities across business teams, technology teams and external suppliers.
- Support project governance activities, including status reporting, Steering Groups and project reviews.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Explore emerging technologies including Data, Generative AI and SaaS platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, data analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, customer experience and colleague productivity.
- Support proof-of-concept and experimentation activities for new technologies.
- Champion innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Support the gathering, analysis and documentation of business requirements.
- Assist in defining business processes, customer journeys and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution reviews to ensure delivered capabilities meet business needs and expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Act as a key point of coordination between business and technology teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, issues and decisions effectively.
- Support business readiness and change adoption activities.
Quality & Operational Readiness
- Support testing, implementation and operational readiness activities.
- Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are identified and managed appropriately.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned exercises.
In addition, you will have:
Essential
- Experience in project delivery, business analysis, or change management within a technology focussed operation.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI or data-led initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience facilitating workshops, meetings or stakeholder discussions.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com or similar.
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership and a desire to learn and grow.
Desirable
- Experience within Financial Services or another regulated environment.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to A-Level standard, degree level or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Desirable
- Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, Scrum Fundamentals or similar qualifications.
- Business Analysis certification (BCS, IIBA or equivalent).
- AI, Data Analytics or Process Improvement certifications.
