Health Alliance Primary Care Network is seeking enthusiastic and forward-thinking GPs to join our supportive and well-established team.
This is a permanent salaried GP role, with part-time or full-time opportunities available. We can offer up to 8 sessions per week, depending on candidate availability and service requirements.
You will work across our member practices in Harrow, supporting high-quality, patient-centred care within a collaborative PCN environment.

As a GP with Health Alliance PCN, you will provide safe, effective and high-quality primary care to our patient population.
Key duties will include routine and urgent consultations, face-to-face and by telephone; assessing, diagnosing and managing acute and long-term conditions; prescribing safely in line with local and national guidance; undertaking home visits where clinically required; and managing clinical administration including results, letters, referrals, tasks and repeat prescriptions.
You will also support delivery of GMS, QOF, Enhanced Services and local PCN requirements, participate in duty/on-call sessions where required, maintain accurate records using EMIS, and work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, care coordinators and wider health and social care professionals. The role will include core general practice duties, including routine and urgent consultations, face-to-face and by telephone, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and long-term conditions.
The post-holder will prescribe safely and appropriately in line with local and national guidance, undertake home visits where clinically required, and manage clinical administration arising from consultations. This will include results, letters, referrals, tasks, repeat prescriptions and patient follow-up.
The GP will work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, care coordinators, social prescribers, mental health workers and wider health and social care professionals. The post-holder will support integrated care by ensuring patients receive appropriate referrals, follow-up and coordinated support.
The role will involve supporting delivery of GMS, QOF, Enhanced Services and local PCN requirements, as well as contributing to improved access, continuity of care and patient outcomes.
The post-holder will maintain accurate and timely consultation records using EMIS and follow practice and PCN policies, clinical protocols and safeguarding requirements.
The GP will contribute to health promotion and preventive care, helping patients understand and manage their health needs, including lifestyle advice, early intervention and long-term condition management.
The role may also include participation in duty/on-call sessions, Extended Hours services and clinical cover arrangements in line with agreed sessions and service requirements.
