Marketing Executive Full-time | Permanent | £Competitive + Benefits We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join a growing, design-led business based in Bexley area. This is a fast-paced, content-driven role where you will take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity, supporting campaigns, product launches, and brand development. The Role You will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality marketing content across multiple digital channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence. Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering social media content (LinkedIn & Instagram) Creating content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and campaign copy Producing visual content (filming, editing, and photography) Updating website content via CMS (WordPress or similar) Supporting marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches Collaborating with internal teams to source content and deliver projects Tracking performance and improving marketing effectiveness What We're Looking For Experience in a marketing role Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience managing social media and content calendars Confident using CMS platforms and email marketing tools Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-sufficient and proactive What's on Offer Bonus (performance-related) Private healthcare (incl. dental & optical) 33 days holiday Pension (4% matched) Cycle to Work scheme Social events and a relaxed working environment Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
