Corporate Private Equity PSL
Are you an experienced corporate lawyer who would like to move into a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer role at a leading law firm, on a full or part-time basis?
Working alongside another private equity PSL as well as other PSLs in the firm's wider corporate group, in this role you will have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the external profile, efficiency and ongoing technical development of one of the largest teams of private equity lawyers in the City. This exciting and collaborative role will include developing and maintaining precedents and guidance notes, organising and delivering training, keeping the group and clients informed about legal developments relevant to private equity, and participating in innovation initiatives to identify and implement new technologies for the team.
You will ideally have strong experience in private equity and private M&A, with excellent drafting and presentation skills. Some experience with legal technology, document automation and/or AI tools would be advantageous, and prior PSL experience would be beneficial but the firm is also happy to consider candidates who are looking to move into their first PSL role.
