An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a highly regarded 4-star country house hotel and award-winning wedding venue in West Yorkshire.
Operating to a consistent 2 AA Rosette standard , the kitchen delivers modern British food using quality seasonal ingredients across restaurant dining, weddings, events and afternoon tea service.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section while supporting the wider kitchen team across daily service.
You will:
- Run your section confidently during prep and service
- Deliver dishes consistently to Rosette-level standards
- Support service across restaurant and banqueting operations
- Maintain strong organisation, cleanliness and mise en place
- Assist senior chefs with menu development and kitchen operations
- Support junior chefs where required
- Uphold food safety and kitchen standards at all times
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing within a structured environment.
The Package
- £32,000–£34,500 salary (depending on experience and ability)
- Additional tips/tronc paid monthly
- 3 days off per week (typically 2–3 full days depending on rota)
- Start times generally around 11am , finishing approximately 9:30pm
- Paid overtime

Although no live-in accommodation is available, occasional overnight stays may be possible after late finishes, subject to room availability.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Experience within quality fresh-food kitchens, ideally hotel or banqueting environments
- Calm, reliable and organised during busy service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Flexible, positive and team-focused approach
- Passion for hospitality and quality food
Due to the location, driving or reliable transport is strongly recommended.
